Working with great bones, we updated this home to give it a younger, more current feel. We changed the layout of the upper floor, allowing for an extra bedroom, and walk-in closet. We resurfaced all of the walls and ceilings, refinished the floors, and completely renovated the bathroom, and 2 WCs. With a few creative edits to the ground floor, we were able to relocated the laundry and cv-ketel, allowing for an expanded and much more functional new kitchen.
