This was a full renovation of the ground floor of a late 1800s Amsterdam home. The owners wanted to preserve some of the original details, but also wanted to improve the flow. We wound up relocating the kitchen from the center to the back of the home, creating a more open space better suited to entertaining and improving the indoor-outdoor connection.

We also added under floor heating and a new finished floor, a challenge requiring some ingenuity since there was not much room to increase the height of the floors.
